Barry's mother, Marcia, made this treat for him as a little boy. Its perfect for a Passover sweet tooth.

PB and Marshmallow Matzah

PB and Marshmallow Matzah

Ingredients:

1 sheet of matzah

peanut butter

9 jumbo marshmallows

Directions:

• Spread peanut butter onto the sheet of matzah. Quantity is at your discretion.

• Place 9 jumbo marshmallows on top of the peanut butter.

• Place the matzah under a broiler until the tops of the marshmallows brown.

• This cooks VERY FAST, so watch it cook.

Notes:

Use alternative nut butters or even Nutella.

Add chocolate chips for a Smore!!
